Skylanders Giants: Troll Mech Ambush

Hey everyone! We’re really pumped to give you the first look at our latest collection, Mega Bloks Skylanders Giants. Hitting stores later this month, Mega Bloks Skylanders Giants takes the best characters, vehicles and scenarios from the upcoming game and translates them into a tangible experience where you can build your own adventures. You’ll also find highly detailed, fully articulated figures of the Skylanders, Giants, and villains, allowing you to create picture-perfect battle scenes.

The mechanical walker Gun Snout is an incredibly sturdy build. Utilizing a ball-joint system for each leg, it’s also extremely articulated and can hold itself in a countless number of poses. Run, kick and crush your way on a path of destruction!

The Gun Snout also has a functional missile launcher located in its nose (hence its name). What’s really cool about this is that the trigger switch actually goes through the dashboard and into the cockpit. It has a pretty impressive range of attack!

Piloting the Gun Snout is a Troll. There’s a lot of detail packed into this little guy; a fully articulated figure with an incredible sculpting and paint job to accurately mimic the design from the games.

The same can be said for Tree Rex, although he has even more articulation and clocks in at over twice the size of the Troll. That’s because he’s a Giant, a new type of character with extreme size and strength to match.

The set also includes a boulder that Tree Rex can use as a weapon, and one of the adorable and iconic sheep from the game series.

Those looking to enter the world of Mega Bloks Skylanders Giants definitely won’t be let down by this face off of epic proportions. You’ll be able to find these in stores closer to the end of October — in the meantime, you can check out the first series here.
