Mega Bloks Signature Series — Forward Unto Dawn

To celebrate four years building Halo, set #117 is the first in our new Mega Bloks Signature Series — Forward Unto Dawn. This legendary UNSC frigate has been recreated in precise detail using over 2700 pieces. It includes four new figures, including the legendary Master Chief with a deluxe paint job and a to-scale light-up Cortana. The frigate’s outer walls can be removed to expose the control station, armoury, and the iconic Cryo-Chamber.

    WOW!!!! Looks AMAZING!!!!! Happy anniversary Halo MEGA BLOKS! Btw about 2 days ago I got Set#5 Battle pack with 2 Spartan IIs, with the colors of Orange and Blue, an Orange marine, a RARE Blue Flame marine, 2 Halo CE Elite Zealots, and 2 gold Grunts!!!! The set has an impressive arsenal, with a Magnum, 2 Carbines, an Assault Rifle, a Rocket Launcher( Which I can’t find anymore), and 2 Plasma Pistols. I also have a request to make: Could you do something like Emile vs. Zealots with the MAC Cannon that also has a Phantom and 2 Banshees- you know, to blow up? I wanted to see that so I could collect the ultimate team of Spartans and Elites to make an Invasion scene. But still, AMAZING set!!!! I would break an arm and a leg- maybe a collarbone- to get that set!!!! Over 2,700 pieces is pretty extreme, but I would still buy it! Only if I had the $100,000,000 to buy it when it comes out…

    i was having a little read of my halo essential guid and the forward unto dawn looks nothing like that because the dawn is a charon-class frigate like the savannah in halo reach
    so i think that maby they should change the name to the infinity or change the moddle
    but i do still like it

    Can’t wait, such an Iconic Vehicle and it looks like it will be an epic build! :) Just wish that you guys had included an alternate translucent base for guys like me who want this in their Dioramas! Really excited nonetheless, love the Mini-Figs and the Interior Detailing, and the Exterior is…Wow.

    I cant wait to get this set. From what I can see in this video is that Mage Bloks knows how to impress their fans and fellow collectors. This set looks massive. Mega Bloks has really out done themselves. My question is… WHEN CAN I GET ONE?! Really amazing set for the 117th Halo set. Mega

    What megabloks should make is a covenant spirit with a Carter look-a-like with a DMR and Emile look-a-like with a new shotgun. Two Grunt Ultras with Plasma Pistols and a new Officer Elite!

    Yeh well im not getting that. Why wOnt they lower prices on mega blocks because they cost a fortune. And this is the mOst largest set and imagine what the price would be on this thing. But I will try to get master chief on EBAY

    Wow, wasn’t expecting that!!!!!!! This is the best set they have ever made, and i haven’t seen a better set ever before, either by megabloks or lego. Im just glad they finally made masterchief, and I am totally going to get this set, no matter what. No other construction brand can ever make anything better than this!! It says on Toys R us that i comes out on November 6, i will be busy on that day :D

    Infinity is not a number and the infinity is not a frigate so if megabloks says this is a frigate logically it cant be the infinity. Howerver, I must admit that it has an uncanny physical appearance to the UNSC Infinity.

    megabloks if you can here me you should make a covenant battleship that can hold a phantom and a couple of banshees plus half jaw commander from halo 3 or a flood infected ship that has lots of extra flood pieces for infectting your dudes

    beans134 im with you on that. i was reading comments on another website for this and 80% of the comments werent like “this set is so freakin awsome” it was like ” this isnt the foward unto dawn its the infinity dar dar dar” or ” this isnt th forward unto dawn because this isnt broken in half” well mabye its because YOU CAN TAKE THE OTHER PART OFF!!!!!! also this is part of the halo signiture series and right now at this moment which is more iconic forward unto dawn or the infinity? btw this set looks so awsome. its BYOND that. its awsome times infinity (the number or term not the unsc ship). i want this for chrismas.

    i am sick and tired of people saying it looks like infinity it is completely different and it also sais it is forward unto dawn. plus infinity is a battle cruiser and forward onto dawn is a frigate.

    do you now what sucks?
    we have to wait till aug 1 close to my birthday and it must be very expensive and i also have to wait to get it because i just moved from germany and tom199 go to italy and go to carrara and get the marble and get some your self and sell it and buy this set with the money. well first sell it on ebay. i went to italy many times and got a ton of marble and do you know how much it is in the states 500$ for a cutting board. i moved to san antonio and i am getting it when i move in to my home probably around aug 22. well sya later

    OMG ITS CHIEF! and i cant belive you can make the scine
    when chief is about to crash on recreum and the elite is sick and i realy like that they added cortana as a light up figure i ve all ready got set ideas for next year i defenty want this for my brithday but unfortunty im going to live in switzerland but i ll still order it.

    I think megabloks should make large space ships capable of traveling many astronomical units and through the intergalactic medium. They could create the ships in seperate sets which different parts of the ship to make purchasing the ship more feasiable.

    The Unsc infinty is not a frigate for those of you who believe this looks more like the infinty. The versimilitude of my comment may semm nebulous but they are true. Excellent build though megabloks. The time in which so many must have devoted in order to achieve such a monumental feat makes me stagger.

    The master chief and arbiter are EPIC!!!!! And the light up cortana is cool. You know, how it lights up. That’s new but the question is how did they fit the battery in. If theres no battery that sucks because than if the lights power goes out you can’t fix it. You know what I mean?And the ship is the best. Way to go mega Bloks!!

    I hope MegaBloks won’t regret this, putting Master Chief in a set. There still is a Halo 4, and who knows what will happen there. MegaBloks, please put Thel ‘Vadam Arbiter in a signature series set, or any set. Maybe you can put him on a set with the Prophet of Truth. I want to see a Huragok, Yanme’e, and a San ‘Shyuum. In other words, an Engineer, a Drone, and a Prophet. Thank you so much MegaBloks. I like the light-up Cortana better than the one in Series 4. This is my favorite set yet, and you should be proud of it.

    Let me say that this set looks great. It looks great as a random UNSC frigate. Not so much as the Forward Unto Dawn. It barely resembles the iconic frig from Halo 2 and Halo 3, which disappoints me to no end. And guess what? I’m gonna buy it anyway. Not because of the exclusive figs or uncanny resembleance to another frigate(coughunscinfinitycough), but just to give you guys a pat on the back for bringing another fantastic product to us. Of all of the running building block brands out there, Mega Bloks is undoubtably my favorite. They have a perfect balance of grittiness, and simplicity, which some brands try to replicate fruitlessly. So, once again, thanks, MB. You’re the greatest.

    I got the best deal ever from a total idiot on ebay.This guy had a white elite pilot from the phanthom set and a “new silver elite” but I knew it was the Arbiter.Now I just have to get this set and I’ll have the Master Cheif the Arbiter and two different Cortanas.

    i love this set and all but i dont see why mega has skipped the mark 5 and mark 6 helmets and moved ontoo MC’s mark 7 armour. so PLEASE mega if you make a pillar of autumn then PLEASE include the mark 5 to make it more accurate to halo CE or create a mark 6 ive been dying to see those. ANYWAYS i luv this set and how its nice and small with the cryo bay and the mini- light up cortana is a nice touch. i like that your adding new figures like captains, technicians, and marine sergents NUT PLEASE MAKE THE OLDER ARMOURS AND HELMETS INSTEAD OF SKIPPING TO HALO 4

    Amazing…Truly amazing. although the figures do look a bit cramped, but hey, if it was scale to the figures it would be huge and no one could afford it. The way it seperates to recreate the halo 4 trailer is pretty cool, that will probably be used in stop motion so we don’t have to completely deconstruct something. Still more excited for halo 4 though, november the sixth twenty twelve!

    Oh my gosh, I have Cortana the figure from the blind pack series 4, I want to get the phanthom set to get the Arbiter and now if I get this set I will have the Master Cheif!This is the holy grail coming with the ark of the covenant and then finding all the jewels in the world x 100000000000000 to the 100000000000000000000000000000000000th power to the 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000th power times.
