That awesome-looking build is the brand new Mega Bloks Halo Booster Frame. If you’re in the know, you may have already seen a sneak-peek preview. We still wanted to share our own pics of it, especially since we think it’s such a cool set.

The Booster Frame is actually a rebuild from three smaller sets. Let’s take a look at those first.

First up is the UNSC C&C Console. This set includes a UNSC Marine in white medic armor with three smoke-camo weapons – the powerful Railgun, an Assault Rifle and a DMR.

The second set is the UNSC Hangar Deck. It comes with a Cyan EVA Spartan with a Shotgun, a Socom and an SMG, also all modeled in an awesome smoke-camo to add some weapon range to any collector’s set.

And last but not least is the Forerunner Terminal. Guarding the terminal is a Promethean Alpha Crawler – easily identifiable by its translucent spikes. The terminal comes equipped with a weapon rack and two gunmetal weapons – a Suppressor and a Scattershot.

I had an awesome time building up the three sets and then rebuilding them into the Booster Frame, ready to overwhelm the enemy with its devastating firepower. These sets are part of our new Fall 2013 line and are already starting to hit stores! Keep an eye out for them!

When I was a kid, Hot Wheels and construction sets were two of my favorite types of toys, so I was super excited when I learned that we were producing a line of Mega Bloks Hot Wheels. This week I finally got to play with the toys and now I get to share with you this first look at our version of Twinduction™!

The Twinduction^™ car screams power – I’ve always wanted to tear down a darkened road in one of these bad boys. Its intimidating front-end grill glares out at you from under a raised twin induction manifold engine. It comes in a cool shade of blue that’s flecked with metallic highlights. It is one ferocious, modern muscle car.

Building this beast of a car from scratch was a lot of fun for a muscle car fan like me. It’s a fast build at 63 pieces, but seeing the car coming together before your eyes is pretty exciting. The visible prongs on top of the car give it a distinctively buildable look that stands out.

Construction also means customization! We’ll take a closer look at that in a future blog post after we’ve revealed some of the other vehicles in the line. I can’t wait to show you some of the cool creations you can come up with by swapping parts between sets to build the ultimate racer!

Each vehicle in the Mega Wheels Hot Wheels line comes with a figure – something new and exciting for Hot Wheels cars. Twinduction^™ comes with the Team Hot Wheels blue figure with a custom-designed helmet. The figures are amazingly poseable – featuring an incredibly articulated ball joint connection system, they can move in a whole variety of unexpected ways.

All in all, it makes for countless awesome driver poses and customization possibilities for this boss set of wheels. Hot Wheels fans: stay tuned for more exclusive reveals of Mega Bloks Hot Wheels sets, and tell us what you think in the comments below!

Summer is coming, and to celebrate, Barbie is hosting a dazzling Pool Party! And of course, Ken is invited to help man the BBQ.

Do you have a creative girl in your family with a flair for building and decorating? Little girls will be thrilled to play with this cute pink and purple lil’ vehicle! Included are six blocks that you and your little one can easily store inside the school bus thanks to Susie’s roof that opens up. Your little one can also have fun giving Susie a new look every day by using the blocks to build a unique top for Susie’s pronged roof!

Of course a school bus would not be complete without a driver! Included with Susie is a unique Block Buddy. Help her drive Susie all across town!

The Covenant Spectre Ambush by Mega Bloks Halo is a buildable playset inspired by the Covenant Type-46 Infantry Support Vehicle – commonly known as The Spectre. The set includes a buildable Covenant Spectre, a UNSC Missile Pod, and three highly-detailed micro action figures to add to your collection; two Covenant Elites with plasma weapons, and a UNSC Marine equipped with a SOCOM M6C pistol and backpack.

The Covenant Spectre is a cool build that easily fits two Halo micro action figures, a driver and a turret gunner. You can find room on either side of the cockpit if you need to rush more Covenant units to the front lines.  The cockpit offers limited protection against artillery, and a 360-degree rotating turret on the back fitted with a class-1 light plama cannon keeps UNSC infantry running for cover. Finally, the propulsion drive plates and clever anti-gravity field pieces help deliver the same in-game illusion that the Spectre is actually hovering off the ground.

The Covenant troops that accompany the Spectre are two highly-detailed Elites in white combat harnesses, including a plasma rifle and focus rifle weapons. The Elite Commando is detailed in gray and the Elite Honor Guard is detailed in black and gold.

Taking cover behind a torn war wall built on a base plate, a UNSC Marine and his missile pod stand in the Spectre’s way. On its own, the wall is more than enough for the Marine to hide and pop out for a quick strike – but you can combine multiple base plates and blocks to form all kinds of broken buildings and structures to hide behind.

The Marine’s multi-color battle dress uniform includes olive green armor pieces, gold visor and tan colored underarmor with brown accents.  He comes equipped with a detailed SOCOM M6C pistol and green backpack. The UNSC missile pod settles on the tripod, but can be detached and carried by the Marine or any other micro action figure just like in Halo.

Wheel your wagon to any indoor or outdoor building destination you want and load and dump the bin with ease! Watch their imaginations run wild as they build on top of the removable building plate with the included 25 First Builders blocks! When playtime is over, store anything and everything inside the wagon. They will maybe even want to use the wagon to bring their favourite dolls or stuffed animals for a ride – the choice is theirs!

Check out the new Bike Racers, Zords, and Figures now! And of course the new Gosei Great Megazord, with four additional rebuilds plus light and sound action!

With a new series comes a new figure style! We rebuilt our figure design from the ground up, moving to a more articulated system with ball joints at the shoulders, hips, and ankles. The result? A lot of really cool posability, as we detailed in our preview:
